Booking
Melanin Impressions takes pride in providing your loved one with a realistic && memorable experience. For birthday parties, there is an age limit of 8 and younger which ensures a broader imagination when it comes to each princess and character. Bookings need to be made at least four weeks to the desired event date. Anything less, there would be a "rush fee" applied.
Retainer Fee
There is a $100 retainer cost due at the time of booking to which is NON-REFUNDABLE. It is used to secure your desired date and time. Please be sure that you’ve selected the correct date and time as it is also nontransferable. The remaining balance is due 48hours before the event's date.
Late Policy
Melanin Impressions strives for quality service and believes that being prompt for all bookings are one of the ways to provide such. When booking, select the time that you would like your princess/character to arrive. You are allowed a 10min grace period, while services will still end at the proper time of the 55min allotment.
Traveling
25 mile radius is covered within the $875 booking price. Be sure to place the proper address at checkout as pricing could vary. If the address changes from the initial address placed when booked, you would need to communicate the change a week in advance of your event date. Any changes to the address afterwords, your booking can be subject to cancellation. If wanting to book for any state other than South Carolina, please reach out via email FIRST to discuss proper pricing.
